For those that want to donate for a specific cause, and possibly want to become monthly sponsors. When donating be specific about where you want your donation to be spent. There is more projects to come as we gather more information and accurate quotes!
Housing
Homes are built in this region with the bare minimum. These home are typically built with branches from Mangrove trees. Improving homes give us the opportunity to improve their health, hope and physical safety. This project will be focusing on building toilets and showers in the homes of El' Dormido and El' Rosario first.

The Healing Clinic
Any amount to this project is welcome. The villages along the coast are approximately 2 hours by automobile from the nearest medical facility. This clinic is not open or staffed consistently at this time. We have plans and purchased ground to build a clinic. This clinic will have procedure, exam, dental, and a labor room. Equipped with a pharmacy, lab and soon imaging rooms. We are working with local medical schools and United States medical schools to recruit residents and medical staff to help us staff the clinic more consistently in order for more co-cohesive care.
$35,000
Gardening Project
Another deficit we have found is nutrition. If your stomachs are empty you can learn, and many physical ailments worsen or go untreated as your focus is not to get medicine its to feed your family. This is a new project for us and for the villages. We have been gathering information of the area, soil and most of all willingness of the community to help themselves. Small gardens will be cultivated and individuals will work together at first in a pro to type of "community garden". Please help us in our new project to fill the minds and bodies with needed nutrion!

Education
Our focus is on the next generation. Children in this area not unlike others through out Guatemala stop attending school around the 5th grade, for a variety of reasons but most commonly because there is not enough resources to help them learn and keep them interested. A class of approximately 20 students will range in age from 5- 11 years old. The teacher may only be equipped with 5 books total, which would include all subjects. Not allowing students their own books to read from, and the book and subject maybe focused on ages 6-8 years of age. No paper, pencils, and very little hope of improvement. Help us help the next generations be armed with the gift of education to help change the future!
